Check in/out times:

Check in: Check in time is no earlier than 4:00 pm. If you are in town earlier, feel free to come by and see if your unit is ready or when it will be ready for your check in, but please do not leave your belongings if the housekeepers are not done.

Check out: Check out time is no later than 10:00 am. the day you depart. We have owners and guests checking in after you depart; we need all guests to check out on time so we can get the unit clean for the next guests, there will be a $25 per hour charge for a late check out unless you have made previous arrangements.

Deposit and Payments:

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!

A 1/2 down deposit is the only way we can hold your reservation. Deposits can be made by visa/mc, check, money order or cashiers check made payable to Mountainview Vacation Rentals.

Your credit card on file is automatically charged the balance due between 1 and 5 days prior to arrival, unless previous arrangements have been made.

Things you should know::

You just need to bring food, we supply linens, towels, kitchenware including all small and large appliances, cookware, bake ware, and dinnerware and propane barbeque grills. Most units have ceiling fans throughout and extra oscillating fans. No units have air conditioning. You will have a starter amount at least of soap, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and paper towels.

Pets:

Some units will allow one dog with a $50 non-refundable pet deposit and a $300 authorization on your credit card. (No other pets are allowed.) You need to request a unit that accepts pets. Pets need to be under the owner's control at all time, pets are not allowed to be alone in a rental without being crated. Please keep your pet on a leash while outside at all times. Please clean up after your pet. No dangerous or vicious dogs are allowed. Pet owners are liable for their pets.

Parking:

Parking for Sunset Ridge is within and in front of your unit's garage only. If you need more parking please let us know before you make your reservation.

Parking for Thunder Canyon is within your unit's garage. There is additional guest parking on the North side of the driveway near the entrance. If you are going to have more than 3 cars additional parking accomodations will need to be made.

Cancellation Policy:

All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE at time of booking.
